Too Pissed To Post

No, not with the outcome of the Penn election. That was almost a forgone. I’ve been pissed with the nattering nabobs of the press. All this election season has really done is proven that 99% of political analysts know exactly two things when the public is actually engaged in an election for once:

Jack & Shit.

Think about it. Think about how off the polls are. Think about how hard the press has tried to shape the story, and failed. Think about how they’ve done everything they can to keep this battle going… which is the only thing they’ve succeeded at… and yet how they still can’t manage to call a single race right.

The media in this country has no idea what the fuck its doing when the turnout goes over 24%. For so long now our elections have been little more than rubber stamp affairs. This time its something different.

While were at it, why has no one been looking at the combined Dem vs. combined Republican turnout in the primaries. Its pretty damn awesome.

Still.. too pissed o really post. Too pissed at the east coast papers for suddenly abandoning Obama as if he was unelectable. All because he lost to the other Dem by 10% in one state. As if all those people who voted for Clinton are going to vote for McBush. Oh sure, some will… just like I’m sure some would vote for McBush if Hilary was the candidate. But anyone who thinks that the whole set would run into McBush’s arms.

Everybody needs their head examined. We’re going to have a Democrat in the White House next January. I, for one, hope its someone who hasn’t been corrupted by Washington politics and who doesn’t have a knack for threatening other countries with nuclear annihilation…  but I’ll even give Hilary Rottweiler Clinton a chance.
