“Whatever happens we’ll be all right”?

That’s concession talk.

Jesus, this last question was a softie. And Barack soft peddled it… avoided the crisis bit. Hillary could’ve drilled down. Could’ve knocked him down. And she softie’d it too.

I hate soft ball questions and answers.

You know if you attached a People Meter to me, it would move up every time Hillary talks about Bush wasting money, and really move up whenever she points out how rosy things were the last time a Clinton was in office.

I don’t know why Hillary doesn’t go after Barack when he calls her out on supporting the war. He might be on record as opposing it, but he wasn’t voting in the Senate back then. Why does she focus on stupid shit and not go after him on that?

6:07 PST

Don’t know about you, but mandated health care scares the shit outta me.

It really does come down to this: Hillary sees the road ahead as combat, Obama as an opportunity. Which world do we want to live in?

I think Obama hit it with that delusional comment. He made it that Hillary is calling his supporters names. And now he just got applause on his plagiarism response. Hill looks a little deflated for a second. She’s smiling but its that empty smile she gets.

Hill is really trying to avoid the meanness tonight, because she knows it won’t play. John King is trying to call her on it… both of them really, and she’s trying to make it sound all nice.

Rings hollow to me. But I’m biased.

5:43 PST

Yo, why does Hill get all the number one questions?

5:34 PST

There is sooo little policy difference between these two that it pretty much comes down to a matter of styles.

5:26 PST

Obama: Hilary can’t pull people together. That’s the essese of what he just said. Subtle, effective, and quite possibly true. But I’m biased.

Oh jesus… she just said “rid the tax code”… she makes it sound so violent.

This crowd is split 50-50 on the partisan side of things.

5:23 PST

Its still the economy, stupid.

Late to the party, but hey… I needed to upgrade some plug-ins.

They start with Cuba… big in the South I guess but I must admit, kinda boring to me. The two of them are splitting hairs, so far its all sematics.

Note: Thanks to CNN for giving us all a free feed and Nico for getting me off my ass. Oh, look John King is talking without a whiteboard!
